Kaguya was giving advice to tsubame to viciously dump the person asking her out. She thought she was helping ishigami by weeding out the competition not realizing til the end of the conversation that tsubame was referring to Ishigami’s accidental confession. In the extra page after it (usually in .5 chapters), Kaguya ask Hayasaka to look for a good girl from a good family because she thinks she destroyed Ishigami’s chance.
