Kureha was kinda fed half-truths - Keyaru showed her how corrupt kingdom was, but didn't tell Kureha that her beloved princess was a part of it, revealed that he didn't kill Freya, but didn't say he brainwashed her. The fact that she was high on aphrodisiac at that moment might also have been a factor.

Guren being born from Keyaru's mana seems to be dependent on him being alive. He did put a "shock collar" on her in the form of some kinda magic needle(?), cause she is quite feisty, and he wanted to have more control over her, but lately Keyaru was just bribing her with food.

I must have worded it weirdly, but what i meant, is that, while Setsuna did reveal her true name to Keyaru, i don't recall him ever using it to force her to do anything.
