The problems are the following.
Using heal as time reversal is theoretically possible using the rules given, but would require him to understand the experiences of every single living being for the past 4 years to do. Even if the energy was provided through the use of a philosophers stone, the computing power would far exceed the capabilities of the human mind.
The fact that this will reset YOUR memories can be bypassed through the anthropological argument. However, the same argument cannot be used for heal, (upgrade) as it would require a deep knowledge of the desired state, which might be possible in a scientific world, however, in the medieval fantasy world of many isekais, simple knowledge such as blood flow wouldn’t be known by scientists, let alone the general populous, and certainly not by a drug addicted slave.
I have no idea why I did this buts let’s brace for the counters.

This ability of his is stupid. Let me sum up what he just said. “My healer ability allows me to reset a body to a given state. A state at which a person was healthy. In exchange, I experience their memories. All the pain, fear, and overall giving me a shitty day” Thats simple and sounds like a perfect ability for a hero. Well balanced and sounds like it takes a lot of work to get used to, but he also says. “I can also receive some of the abilities by experiencing the memories. Also, I can change the body to my will. I could make the body stronger, and I also can change my body’s structure and face. As shown in the later chapters.” Which makes no sense! Sure, he could take in 2 or 3 of the abilities, I guess it would sort of make sense. but he can do this at will. And, he can even change the body without any practice or any medical knowledge! Plus, he can corrode the body. AKA, killing the person and even disintegrating every single cell! Which, is just the exact opposite of what heal is entirely supposed to be! Even with his unique heal, it just doesn’t make a single ounce of sense. Over all, the author stretched the ability to an extreme amount perfect for a op mc. I would give the author a medal for the creativity put into it, but when put into practice it is ridiculous. It’s an overwhelming dumb ability that already gives this guy so much power from the get go.
I wouldn’t even consider it heal with the first 2 parts! He’s just rewinding the body and experiencing the memories. And, as soon as you add in the whole body manipulation and taking abilities, you just added in 2 more abilities to a single ability. And when you put in corrode, you just put in 4 abilities into one! This author just slaps [Heal] onto everything he does, as if it’s some sort of cheat that allows you to add in the most ridiculous things.

man why couldn't he have been labeled a support hero or something, then it'd make him having so many "It's totally healing, dude, trust me" moves so much more bearable.
