I feel like this whole child exchanging thing was a set-up and Sousuke knows something about it, but that still doesn't make sense why he wants to destroy the whole entire Amano group. (I believe he meant Group and not clan, that would make more sense.)

I swear, this manga's writing is so weird.
Nothing makes sense, and after... [checks] 145 chapters nobody knows what the heck is going on, what the stakes are, or why the hell the Amanos can get away with involving other people's kids in that weird-ass plot of theirs and everyone's just going along with it. The romances keep being put in the freezer conveniently until there's a lull and the author thinks it's the right time to include a blushing girl in one of the chapters. Honestly I think only Sachi acts and reacts like a girl her age would (except for the loving her brother part).
