I thought the merchant said that she destroyed some area long ago for her experiment ? That mean she lived with this curse a long time already, making her real age more than 18 right ? Or that is just bullshit and she just get cursed recently and all the story that she lived as a granny for a long time a lie ?

Don't understand what curse was dispelled by the potion. If the curse was to live longer than her normal lifespan, wouldn't she die after the curse was lifted, since she is now a lot older than her normal lifespan? Or was she 18 but cursed to age 15x faster than a half elf should, so the dispel potion changed her physical age back to 18? Or was it simply an antiaging potion? I don't get it, did the manga skip over an explanation from a source material?

The curse aged her +300 years and turned her elderly. Removing the curse removed those added years from her and turned her young again.
