I mean, realize that this is fiction. And everyone acts differently, and with this generation now, college people aren’t really ‘adults’. They are more like growing adults (18-23). And if you talk to people in person or online you will realize that this age range is very immaturely mature.

I can understand that. If you read the proper English translation of the WN, all the characters talk like actual college students. It's just that manga has to translate the panels dynamically so they made it like this I guess. They could have used text walls to properly relay their convos but that annoys a lot of people.
