I had been reading the Spanish translation which is up to chapter 98 and let me tell you, expect 9 more chapters feeling like this has overstayed its welcome

The author wanted to go in a different route from the beginning but was bullied by the readers and changed the story (starting with the dudes in the karaoke being just a fantasy instead of really happening). They should have just went with their vision and took on the criticism. Now they're probably just coasting with no destination in mind. Just like the manga "I like you who can have sex with anyone", they had a different version but the reader didn't like it and so they switched it. Just do it and be done. Thanks for the chapter!!!
