whats the algorythm to pick popular titles?, how is this popular with a 4.8 rate?
What happensThe first version is absolute trash. I got a fair bit into the revised story and it's...not as trash...? Like, the eventual reveal of the basic plot isn't really different, but motivations are better explained. Dunno which one we're getting here, though,
97d too early boi.Their faces look kinda odd and she looks very different in the cover but im still excited for this. Also wheres the next chap hasnt it been 3 days already
You just spoiled the whole story 😂Haha I like to seem him not fall in love with her in a month. But have a third girl come in that admired him from a distance and steal him away.
And then the first girlfriend come in saying that she never wanted to break up with him. Just she was talked into it.
That makes me wonder... how is this rated by japanese readers? The trend here is to dislike it and to be honest I'm just here to find out how the author is going to spin this, but is this story successful at all? There is trash and there is whatever this thing is. No seriously guys, just go look the novel spoilers, it's even worse that you think.

That manga definitely didn't deserve the hate though.Like that Harapeko Oyako (don) in the future.
Probably a reddit vote-bombing campaign. 331 "1" votes at this time (10/29/24 - 11:28 MST/PDT). I've read two or three other manga where that happened.Down to 4.94.
Actually that doesn't sound that bad. It depends on the execution. It could be an interesting story if done correctly.First girl has been super into MC for a hella long time and, when he finally confesses, she's super horny for him from the get-go.
MC has zero girl XP and gives her the turbo-virgin "i wanna treasure you so hard" treatment, to the point of not even making physical contact with her after six months.
First girl starts to doubt whether he's actually into her at all and recruits her female best friend (hereafter referred to as "second girl") to play pretend yuri shipmate while spending a month trying to seduce him and see whether it's just her he's reluctant about. (Rather than, y'know, actually communicating to him what she wants from their relationship or anything.)
Second girl is absolutely giddy about this opportunity because (unbeknownst to either of the other two) she's also been into the MC forever as something of a hero-worship gone completely off the rails and agrees to the ruse, fully intending to steal the guy away. While feeling bad about it i guess idk.
Meanwhile, first girl has figured out that she chose the absolute worst possible person to fake-pursue her guy and starts to think maybe she should just let them go for it for real.
MC is broken by all this and gets rightfully pissed at them both for messing with him and his feelings (which, of course, they are, but not at all in the way he thinks they are).
The routes diverge late in the one-month period and I've no idea which one this will take or whether it'll carve its own path. The commonalities are that MC can see why he could have fallen for the second girl under other circumstances, is still tempted despite these circumstances, still loves the first girl but has obvious enormous trust issues with her that may or may not preclude a second chance.
(I'm personally hoping the manga either goes full-poly or MGTOW, but that's just me.)
