I have scientifically determined this manga would be perfectly fine if it eliminated the internal monologues. They worked for say the first 50 chapters but now they’re excruciating. I still want to see the end, but man it’s getting harder to read.

her emotions were more along the lines of:

feeling self-conscious, but letting it slide (we've seen her act as if it doesn't bother her when it actually does, like the time they had to hug each other on the date they wore high school uniforms, not to mention that condom wrapper), but then be like, I shouldn't have wore this skirt today (slightly embarrassed and displeased with what happened).

yeah, reiji-sensei willingly doesn't give us what goes on inside her head, in fact, that is what makes this manga feel realistic to me, I understand the anxiety kazuya must feel. it's just an aspect of why I love this manga.

yeah it would've disgusted her if this had happened when they didn't know each other well, but why now man? when they're both aware of their feelings for each other.
