I'm planning on reading it, but the comments give me the impression that the dynamic between Takagi and Nishikata is largely unchanged with Nishikata still blushing and acting embarassed despite the fact that he's (presumably) already has sex with her.

I gotta say, I'm not too enthusiastic about reading the same manga I'm reading right now, just with older characters.

Right? The only thing that could possibly be interesting is if somehow Takagi hoodwinked Nishi into having sex without him actually learning about sex ed or something. Even then that'd only last so long. And maybe some silly setup about how he got pranked into showing up for their wedding or something. Their daughter really only sometimes changes up who Nishikata gets pranked by, and who Takagi pranks.

As another note. Honestly it's getting boring reading the comments and seeing the same 2-3 people rattle on about not enough sex or development. Besides the minor fact that the spin-off does show development. It's never been about that. Romance in this story is the by product of these two people being around each other for years with one having an outward crush and the other one having an ignored silent crush on the other. What this manga is about is the fun ways one of the character picks on the other I can read 200 more chapters of more of the same and I don't see why this manga gets so much flack compared to something like Seki.
