It seems like in the end, everyone got what they wanted even if it's twisted for some of them. FMC was pulled out of being self destructive I guess, MC gets to her stories that might not be true about her sleeping around, MC's baseball friend got a harem, FMC's best friend finally found someone who loved her and Akaneya finally moved on.
