Always hate it when manga show people manhandling or striking the rulling class
Are mangakas retarded? In this chapter alone at least 6 people would have lost their heads. Especially since we've been shown that there's a faction that wants the princess dead

@jimmyclear not really that great tbh even if the have skill to be in a government position tbh thats more of a threat.

Examples why are
Giving a nuke an army thats a yikes
Giving a nuke his own land thats just asking him to build his own country another yikes
Giving a nuke a government position and letting the nuke find out about government secrets yikes

Tbh the only time Isekai MC was given stuff I mentioned(willingly by the kings or nobles) is if they have no OP skills at least for killing people or they don’t know the dude is an Isekai MC usually their OP skill is their super smart or has minecraft magic.

Pretty sure Majority of the heroes are not an actual threat but I guess the nobles are just too scared that in just one day they can be kicked out of their position if a hero wanted to do it.

Its double-edged, yes. But if a 'leash' can be place while they retain their freedom, then it's a 'nuke on a leash'.

If the holders say "Fight the enemy!" and it's based on the loyalty gained, then the result is betrayal or obedience.

If the holders say "Make my kingdom great!" and conditions, equipment, and supplies are given, they can either fail or succeed.

Take for example, Grid, made a duke, revived a desert town, then sought to be more powerful for others all the while banging an earl-now-marquis's daughter.

and boy oh boy, never underestimate a woman's ability.

For God's sake can we please have one Goddamn isekai where (insert non-human race that just so happens to look just like a human but more) gets bullied/harassed miraculously in front of the MC and his love interest. For fucks sake it's such an overdone plot point. Yes medieval life was shit for serfs, slaves and servants. But seeing it portrayed in such a juvenile manner is so tiresome. And it's not like this is some massive reveal to the MC. He's obviously shown he knows that ancient times were ass earlier in the Damn series. Its just redundant.

@jimmyclear and how will you give them a leash ? you might have one guy about but how about the rest of the nukes. and you are assuming that hero is a mindless MC who is willing to kill for a girl and that includes killing humans cause Demons already stopped invading and if the rest of the hero with no leash heard about such event well yikes.

@reu Exactly, are we going to ignore the fact that that kid flipped the skirt of the Princess which by all means would be at least one crime he committed if not more, but instead he just runs off with no repercussions for his actions.

Also what that guy said about compassion, it’s true. You may want to help them, you may want to take care of them and give them homes, but things are easier said than done. Even if reforms are put in motion, things will certainly not change overnight and will take a long time and it will probably face its fair share of troubles

Only two possible and sure ways, Responsibility or Seal.

Responsibility comes at a heavy cost once you drop it, ranging from scorns to flat-out cutting ties.

The Seal can come in a form of a Gaes or a curse. Gaes is based on a contract that your forced to follow to the end of your life while a curse is simply a program that is waiting to be cracked.

@jimmyclear the first one doesn’t really work cause the hero can Really just leave without care like move to another kingdom or play minecraft in the forest like those “hero gets left behind” fantasy stories

So far there are definetly magic in this world but if you want to curse a hero you sure you need something strong enough to be considered as a cheat skill, but again same problem you can only do this with a certain heroes some of them might have immunity of said curse and that said person can just uncurse other heroes when he/she gets to face them i mean if you can imagine a mind control curse that can work on a hero then I can also imagine a magic immune cheat skill on said hero.

Plus the Heroes are peope sent by the gods doing those to them might anger said god.

The kid spitting facts, putting a ressuring hand on someone might prevent that someone from taking the next ugly step towards doing something bad for a moment but it won't change anything in the long run for anyone.
Words won't work here action will princess.
Also, is the hero (Mc) walking bare foot all over the place?

I'd guess no. I'm assuming this sort of thing is relatively formalized for Japanese manga publishers who afterall could't be relied upon to stick so rigidly to the western liberal narrative if it was done informally like with western publishers. That would mean there's unlikely to be many that "slip through the cracks" due to publisher oversight.

Although on the other hand many have a sort of "work to order" feel which softens to blow a little.
