I kind of like this one, kind of don't. On the one hand, the character development for people like the male MC and the female MC's dad is done really well, male MC is taking responsibility and the dad is softening up quite a bit and realizing he's been a bit too judgemental to people who are just trying their best given the crappy circumstances that have been foisted onto them.
On the other hand, the female MC is still just way too much of a psycho to the point that her own father has more of a beating heart than she does. She does almost everything from a position of "how much money/power/influence/visibility will this bring me?" and until very, very recently in the translated chapters I've read, there's nothing else to her aside from that. And even now, she's only barely acknowledging that the male MC has potential when he's been nothing short of a miracle worker in a relative stance considering how he was left without a father (or anyone competent really) to teach him how to do the things he needs to do to run his realm. And of course she's STILL pining over baldy, not quite sure why the author still feels the need to do that as a sort of humiliation ritual for the male MC, he's long since proven he's not just talk.
Just a very strange story with some very questionable writing decisions that seem very personal on the author's part.
