think one of the coolest moments I'd had in recent years was reading a manga with a gender change genetic condition... and everyone who got it seemed cool about having it?

Which series is this? I can think of a couple that fit the bill.

Ok, but my question is. If they kiss first THEN have sesbian lex would his then non-existant buddy get shredded?? Although he might be turned permanently as a result, but there's so little known about the curse outside of what was already said and Mashiro might also be overexaggerating too. Not sure, but I do like the story so far.

All of Mashiro's argument is just headcanon. I think the best retort for people who, even if in good intention, always tries to pry in your personal matters is to let them handle it and never butt in. Everything that happens to a relationship should only be solved by the party involved within said relationship. Never ever third wheel, even in their problems. It's okay to give advice in a calm way but don't do what Mashiro did and doompost every second of her life like it is the end of the world or whatever and there is only like two choices like she suggested when in reality there is a lot of ways in handling a problem since surprise surprise the world isn't just black and white. I get her concern, I really do but what she did was more harm than good.

That said, Tsubakida is surprisingly understanding of the situation. For a supposed "Delinquent" of their school, he managed to stay quiet, listen and gave his own opinion of the situation he is currently in without throwing a single tantrum. Made him much likeable tbh.

I agree with your assessment of this chapter but I do feel that sometime having someone outside point something out puts the problem more into focus, mashiro just did it in a harsh way…

Also the “delinquent” seems to be a pretty chill dude as I thinks it’s more looks than anything else.

Also first thing he says after seeing the change is “dude I’m more shocked you kissed than you turning”.

I've noticed that Genderbent male characters always turn into extremely attractive women with large breasts, there are a couple of exceptions like Boku Girl. With that in mind I felt sorry for Tsubakida kun who hangs a lampshade on that by pointing out how lacking he is in those departments compared to MC.

I still don't know why his teeth are like that though...

For a curse of temporarily turning men to women when kissing and 50/50(?) chance of permanent change woman or your package falling...its a weird curse considering it doesnt really affect the bloodline except the poor partners they ended up with who stubbornly fights for their love.
