If I can speculate: the "problem", such as it is, is that I bet you have taste and appetites for emotional nutrition. Something you're not usually going to get from lewd pandering TS isekai works. (keyword there is "usually", which is why I keep having to give the damn things a chance. Like panning for gold in a sewage runoff but still finding enough to justify being there.)

But yet pandering with a boilerplate genre plot is less likely to get the axe...
