People who get mad over seeing an incest tag go out of their way to click on it to rate it 1 star.
In my experience, it's a combination of the imouto being a loli and the blood-related incest. Some of my previous translations have pretty decent ratings despite the incest. Anyway, it all boils down to idiots wanting to preach about their sense of morality and impose it upon others.

It’s the worst when they talk about stuff like birth defects and the dangers of inbreeding as if we’ve never heard about that before. I don’t know about other people who are into incest but I’ve done a lot of scientific reading about inbreeding depression. I know how bad it is more than most of the idiots who insist that if two second cousins hold hands that it dooms their children to have webbed toes and room temperature IQs. I don’t think siblings should have kids unless they get a DNA test and it turns out they’re genetically compatible, but I think in the future genetic engineering will be able to solve he problem of recessive disorders which make inbreeding dangerous.

ah, that's a good point actually. In the raw, it says 別れそう and 彼女と, respectively it means "breaking up" and "with girlfriend" with no clear subject to indicate who's doing it with who. Frankly, with the added そう I'm just as confused, it has an assumption connotation, like something that seems likely to happen. So it appears that they "haven't" broken up yet, it's just "on the verge" of breaking up. But I guess with the new chapter, we can assume it's supposed to translate as "It seems like my girlfriend is going to break up with me"

Anyway, I might edit that chapter later tonight, thanks for pointing that out!
Thank you for answering my call, and I'm glad I was able to contribute in some way.
