I'd argue since Kaya is also treated as a monster by the same family clan he hated. She wasn't celebrated at all. They are in the same position but Kaya's is much much worse situation as we see it right now

.... well if we go off of some of theories that have been posted in the comments in earlier chapters... then could it be that's the nougat within Kaya... the actual Kaya and the girl is just a kind of coating or shell... that "Mirai" is using her womb to produce to smuggle those things covertly amongst the living. It would explain her expression changes whenever she uses her powers, and why Nana and grandma reacted to her they way they did Nana when seeing her use her powers and grandma seeing her in the room they both were able to glimpse what's within the shell. We could then theorize that the staining is just the real Kaya leaking out more and more with each use of her power until she can no longer mostly go back within her "vessel" to continue hiding. Hmm... so where the flyers earlier just Not Romm's attempt to warn the community about the possibility of Kaya's leaking getting to this point when he wouldn't be around and her possibly going amok?
