The 3 Stooges' retardation is so awful that it comes right back at being refreshing. They lost even before the fighting begun, are bound by ropes, are at the mercy of the guy they tried to kill out of worthless greed, were thrown under the bus by the soldiers they brought and are surrounded by winged tigers, YET they still try to sound pompous and arrogant, as if they have any shadow of a chance left.

I don't envy MC for having to deal with such fools. F for Respect

Yeah, I understand what he wanted to achieve but the way he did it is incredibly stupid.
He can also teleport so I don't understand why did he waste the time to return to his mansion when he could have reported the situation to the king and then teleported back home to rest.

Nobles are largely above the law. Normally the worst punishment they can face is a demotion, like from duke to baron. And I think they still outrank him, or at least they are old blood nobles whose families have served the country for generations. That buys them a lot of goodwill that isn’t easily lost

Soldiers talk. They'll be far less likely to go along with this sort of thing in the future. The fate of the nobles remains to be seen. They just took off with a chunk of the imperial army for their own purposes afterall. That's not going to go down well.

Nobles are above commoners but they certainly aren't above royalty. The manager of the territory is married to the princess and the territory belongs to a prince. Even if said manager is a commoner his connections put him far above lower nobility.
Looking back at around chapter 34 he was granted the title of honorary marquis which would be above a baron.
