I had to go back to the first chapter to verify that this world does in fact have magic slavery. In chapter 19 when the MC buys Mei it also established that criminal slaves can only be released by permission from a priest or the owner's death. The Posehai, because they tried to take over a kingdom, should be criminal slaves. I assume they would be enslaved because this is an isekai and the king would require some sort of guarantee that they were under the MC's control. That means Lynos must not have informed the people in his domain they were his slaves otherwise they would have at least enough credibility to get some customers. Sure people don't trust the Posehai but they do trust Lynos to the point where Posehai slaves under the Lynos should have some basic trustworthiness.

Also absolutely terrible way to start the chapter. Starting right after setting up the medicine stall with the initial results without a segue makes it look like Lynos was really thoughtless and careless. No plan whatsoever to accomplish his goal. At least a small interlude where they discuss a plan would alleviate the problem and establish concrete goals and steps. Like ok they set up the medicine stall and now people have some trust in them, where do we go from here? Would it not have been better to see if the Posehai could temporarily work alongside the local apothetcaries, doctors, and/or healers to establish credibility?

In this ch: our failure demon king babysit his minions and teaches them how to run a stall and sell drugs(meds lol), in hopes that they can live a better life. Man this ch really just proves MC is a walking contradiction. You guys are bad and are hurting/killing people, I'll save you from yourselves, and reform you. Also you're doing community service for the rest of your life. :aquadrink:

The sheer number of coincidences necessary for this chapter to have gone as smoothly as it did is staggering.

On the other hand, I'm a sucker for a good redemption/"bad guys find another way which makes them happy" story SO IT'S FINE!

Lynos is in fact a scatterbrain and acts on impulse often, I would totally believe he didn't really have a plan outside of "they trust me so maybe they'll trust the stall I'm at", without understanding the deeply ingrained hate.

Yeah, @rphilly is right. Stall should have been the last thing to do.
Go to the hospital, while Lynos explains things and states that he's their guarantor, seek the people whose sickness is the most grievous and then apply the medicine along with the normal doctors. After it gets proven to work, move on to the other patients. Families whose member miraculously got saved would put in the good word to everyone they meet, much quicker than the asspull cart.
Then go to the city apothecaries and try to strike a deal with them so they can cooperate with posehai. If not for making the medicine together, then maybe just giving them a corner to sell their concoctions.
Only then try to open a stall near a place where many workers gather, like the docks, where medicine for minor wounds/illness would be in high demand for quick application.

"hey i know these guys are well known for being evil and producing poison and they just tried to genocide an entire race so they could usurp their lands but you can trust them, buy their 'medicine' it's totally not poison guys" but i guess genocide is fine in this world, don't even know why MC was known as a demon lord for destroying the capital of that kingdom, it should just have been another tuesday

.... I thought they had better plan than just opening a passerby stall and wait for ppl to approach them.

Would YOU buy a walkie talkie from an Israeli? How about a PC? A Car? A lapel mic?
