Too bad the Princess didn't get to make a cameo.
It seems like Genzou wasn't getting any extra power or bonuses from the hero system, so in a way Shigure doomed their world to deal with Genzou's antics until he grows too old to overpower everyone or care about having a harem anymore.

Perhaps Sieg could stop Genzou though, as the seemingly last hero summoned or "born" in their world.
Well, whatever.
In a way I have to give this manga credit, because honestly "Genzou becoming the Demon Lord" or "Genzou goes on a journey to become the Demon Lord" were the most obvious ways to end this series.

Instead they just went for gags and had Shigure try to put an end to his dream.
Genzou deserved it anyway since he went out of his way to turn down and/or play mind games with any demon or beast person that was willing to be in a relationship with him.

It's kind of disappointing for me as nothing was disclosed about Sieg and Genzou didn't become the Demon King even for a nanosecond (and yes, Shigure could've made him attracted to ordinary humanoids too for the finishing blow).
