I appreciate the translation but the phrasing really does bug me sometimes.
I'm unsure if the manga is intentional with the awkward use of certain expressions like "Buddha" which could be substituted with "the Enlightened" or its some lost in translation issue.

Or even "Sage" for that matter. Should be funcitonally correct, given context and setting.
