If Shin had even half the balls of his grandma, he'd actually be respected by those that know him. He wields so much power, yet still gets pushed around by those who have "social" power just because he buckles under their authority. Its a little sad to see honestly. Go grandma!

This was one of the funniest manga chapters I have read in a while. Really didn't expect it to turn out like that when the pope talked about "the true face of the sage" lol.

Fun fact: not sure if it's a deliberate reference, but this little trick is basically the same that an actual Pope (Leone III) pulled out when out of nowhere decided to crown Charlemagne during a Christmas mass.

Basically by saying out loud "The Catholic Churches recognizes you as legitimate ruler" he instilled/reinforced the idea that the Church was the source of the legitimate divine mandate to reign.
