Im kinda bad at english, so could anyone explain, what exactly do they mean by "foreign body removal", i understand its something to do with intercourse?

@Enceee I don't really care if ur joking or not.
But basically, foreign body removal refers to the sperm that is released in the vagina during intercourse, so the sperm will be identified as a foreign body/substance and will remove it(obviously his Shin's dick(penis) won't get removed because it's like sticking his finger up Cecily's nose or mouth) and so it will basically be like a method of contraception, and in this case it is mostly similar to spermicide, in turn it means they can keep having sex(intercourse) as much times as they want without Cecily getting pregnant because the sperm doesn't fertilise the egg.
