Basically we meet this other gyaru twintail girl called Biwako. She's known Kamijou since elementary but she's a classic tsundere and can't express her feelings of admiration towards the chief properly. She actually ends up getting together with Onikichi iirc.

In like volume 3 of 5 or something, they all go to stay at Biwako's grandparents for some reason and go to a festival there. Somehow they get into groups with Onikichi and Nao in a group, and Biwako and Touka in another. Our MC slept in and after he wakes up in the evening at which point he runs to the festival. He gets a call from Love master Yuito (who he met and exchanged phone numbers with earlier on in a cafe that he worked at) who turns out to be Kamijou's older brother. Some older guys who they met before are trying to kidnap the girls and pretty much our MC confronts them, he promised Touka he wouldn't get into any fights earlier so he just gets punched around a bunch, Biwako's grandpa shows up and beats the shit out of the guys and reports to the police

Our MC (I gotta remember his name) decides to not press charges BC "adults like them should get another chance" or some other BS

also you know how everyone was slightly different to how the MC remembered them? Like Nao had bigger titties and Onikichi started being a playboy earlier. That's all caused by a 3rd time traveler who caused all of the changes because she had a crush on the MC. She travelled back a few months earlier than our main couple and she got rejected by the MC the last time round, so she tried to set it up to succeed the 2nd time. Fortunately she got rejected because Touka is best girl (I said it). This third girl is really annoying af, I wanted her to disappear several times throughout the story because she was by far worst girl.

Also we meet Touka's mom who is a professor at a makeup school. At the end they get married. No time skip though so it ends with the marriage.

And that's all I remember basically. Anyone reading this should read the LNs, there's a fan TL available online and Yom does the illustrations and he makes everyone super hot too.

Finally I'd like to end with a quote from the TL
