Because it's just filler. This problem, which we don't care about and have no reason to care about, just appeared out of absolutely nowhere and took over everything. There's no tension at all since we all know that the MC is going to just go ahead and solve everything in a flash so it just feels like noise more than anything. In addition, the exact same formula has been used over and over and over. It's all about just sex, and women getting raped, women going horny, men getting horny, horny save the day. It's just so formulaic that it's tiring to read.

In addition, the story is getting stunted by this white noise. We could've had meaningful character growth between the MC and everyone else and facing actual problems we could care about. Instead we have this bland and super long but ultimately meaningless battle take place one after another. I guarantee you that a chapter after this arc is over, the story will never reference it ever again. It's just so meaningless.

You read the first arc and really thought this was going to be anything more than overpowered MC saving all the women that are about to be raped by monsters and plowing them all? What you are saying isn't exactly wrong but it is meaningless since in the first few chapters it established what kind of manga this is going to be, so I find it a little silly to be complaining 43 chapters in. This manga is a blend of erotic power fantasy with gore and sexual violence and some well-timed comedy. Expecting a serious depiction of rape or "getting to know the victims" is outlandish and wouldn't fit the theme of this manga, not to mention I wouldn't even read it at that point. It's very clearly fap material with added story.
Also, I was specifically talking to the people complaining about arcs. It's not like the rape and gore won't be there after this arc is over. So if their complaint is about the rape and gore, they shouldn't really be saying "man when will this arc be over".

I'm fine with the goblin rape and the gore.
I just wish the goblin rape had more impact, like if you actually knew the girls.

For example Into the Deepest, Most Unknowable Dungeon there is a group girls that get captured by orcs and get made into seedbeds to get raped repeatedly, it could have just been a one and done thing but you get like half a chapter or so every few chapters focusing on the trio so you slowly get to know them.
Don't read it though, the manga is pretty shit and the only reason i am still "reading" it is because of those three girls and their situation.

Another example is Ingoshima where you get to know the girls after they get captured and raped by those native island dwellers.

Here you don't really get to know the girls they are either there to get fucked by the MC or they are there to get raped.
Atleast they get a name if they get fucked by the mc in the future i suppose.

Tl;dr the rape lacks impact to me

First off, Ingoshima is a horrible example of rape done good. I have been reading Ingoshima for as long as I can remember and I have always complained about it. The only difference between Ingoshima and this manga is that Ingoshima is ten times edgier in every way.

You feel like the rape in this manga lacks impact because it's not there to be impactful. The author never meant for you to look at the rape in this manga and transcend into a deep thought. Instead he wants you to pull out your dick and start stroking to it. Pretty much all the characters in this manga are getting raped, so showing a backstory for all of them seems utterly meaningless in a manga that's supposed to get me to masturbate.

Also, in this manga you see girls crack up jokes after they get sexually assaulted, pointing to the fact that the manga doesn't even take itself seriously. Whereas Ingoshima has a more serious tone and the rape is more gruesome there. So it doesn't make sense to compare these two series.

We know that this arc would just be over in an instant, so there's absolutely no reason to drag this arc for this painfully long. Also, just so you're aware, this manga has changed publishers so the first few chapters is almost completely different from the new ones. The old publisher was HIFUMISHOBO while the new one is NovaComics so your "...skill known to mankind since the dawn of literature." is completely useless here. The first few chapters are almost completely different from what we currently have. And while formulaic, other mangas don't drag anything meaningless for this painfully long. They usually move onto other arcs which contains the same formula. While all successful manga do the same thing this one does (making a single arc long) all of them has similarities. They make us care about the story. But this one, this one everyone is just waiting until it ends and we go back to other stuff which we came to read.
