The axe is very unpredictable unless you follow popularity numbers.Dunno why this got axed tbh
I think they meant the reason why it wasn't popular enough to remain longer. The axe is very unpredictable unless you follow popularity numbers.
My point was that it's very hard to know why something is popular or not, or even if it is at all, without checking stats.I think they meant the reason why it wasn't popular enough to remain longer.
it's currently more messy and unproductive than Rent-a-Girlfriend.
Thanks for the translation, also the plot to rent a girlfriend cannot be matched in terms of messinessI think they meant the reason why it wasn't popular enough to remain longer.
I personally have no idea. I definitely enjoyed it more than other romance in the magazine that stayed, like Yowayowa Sensei or Couple of Cuckoos. (I caught-up with CoC today, and my god it's currently more messy and unproductive than Rent-a-Girlfriend
Thanks, although I didn't work on this specific series. In this thread I'm just a random person. Thanks for the translation, also the plot to rent a girlfriend cannot be matched in terms of messiness
Oh Brother I also caught up with CoC like a few days ago (everything after the first season of the anime) and it was so....painfully dragged out. And I agree that it's basically worse than or on equal terms to RaG and by that standard RaG isn't even that bad.I think they meant the reason why it wasn't popular enough to remain longer.

I misread and didn't realize you were talking about CoC there but yh you're right. I also didn't like Segawa too much so that didn't help since MC and Erika basically confess to one another before MC got into the relationship ship with Segawa and they legit forget it.Thanks, although I didn't work on this specific series. I think we should give Rent-a-Girlfriend some slack, we are so focused on it, we hardly see the messiness in other series.
(Here are examples of what happened in CoC recently, without adressing names of characters:
- In the span of about 10 chapters: Girl breaks up with MC, says she doesn't like him anymore and soon they make up and go back to being friends... and also she is jealous and undermines confidence of other girl who likes him, back to square one as if they never were a couple and still liking each other.)
- Other girl confesses and he decides to answer to her later... and later when it's time to answer, she retracts the confession and it's back to square one.
- Meanwhile MC doesn't even know who he likes. Even when having a GF (which he originally pursued), he was unsure and never treated his GF any better than other girls. At least Kazuya knows who he likes and pursues for most of the series.
I tried putting Spoiler tag, but it was in vainAlso you might want to put a spoiler tag.
