narumi's probably the character i feel the most sorry for

idk, i can't pity him all that much. people throw "simp" around too easily on here, but that accurately describes him. i certainly felt bad for him initially, but it turns out he's just as much of a selfish asshole as the people he hates. i don't care how much you like a girl, setting up a gang-rape for someone is inexcusable. and now he's attacking baseball guy, who's the only decent person in this manga. all because narumi feels like he's the only one who should be able to "have" kanae.

See how malice and expectations can corrupt a once pure relationship? I imagine Hiroshi's next to be ruined by her. Narumi only saw the good he wanted to see, oblivious to the hate festering within both her and himself. And now that hate has found its target. Hope Hiroshi can recover from this. Seeing the end though, looks like things will only spiral down from here with maybe a good chapter sprinkled here and there.
