Well i think it's pretty obvious that the wish that came true to fill the fist bar was noa's wish to be a man. The authors other work, Zenbu kimi no sei, Had really great queer representation so i have pretty high hopes for this one. That being said, if only magically changing your gender like this were possible 😭
