I really wanted to give this a chance beacause of History Strongest Disciple Kenichi. But this MC is just too stupid.

Courage and friendship? He is not brave, he is just too stupid, as the MC seems to be completely unaware of the context, even after repeatedly being told how something is dangerous and that he could die he refuses to take anything seriously and keeps distracting everyone around him. And friendship? He is too unaware of the problems his "friends" have, just saving someone from dying/failing or being saved is not what many would call friendship. And then you may think that given that this is a school setting, he would use his new friends to improve and be a better agent right? Well, that goes to my final point...

The MC is weak and stupid and that's fine, but he shows barely any improvement and the only glimpse of any will to improve is shown as him cutting stuff with his sword, in a school made to teach on how to be a better agent, with many other students that are better than him and could help him improve in many areas, the ones that he keeps trying to be in good terms with (his "friends"), but he doesn't even try to talk to anyone about it, he just goes to cut stuff late on the day.

And if you don't like fanservice don't even try reading this manga.

Russian scanlators are already on chapter 94 while the English scanlators are still at chapter 36, it would seem the Russian scanlators are better at getting shit done for this manga than their english counterparts, from what I've seen so far the latter tend to drop their translation projects due to reasons such as muh copyright/licensing, support the author/muh piracy, being lazy, lacking money, or all of the above. Sometimes even telling others they should simply just learn another language and do everything themselves. Meanwhile the Russians appeared to have everything under control on their end as far as I'm concerned.
Truly this current age of English fan translations are in a state of stagnation and needless anxiety while non-english scanlations are doing just fine.
And before anyone else can reply; inb4 just learn japanese

Literally every main character he makes looks like Kenichi. The girls in all the new manga he makes also look like the girls from Kenichi. Not "similar style" but "basically a copypaste with a different name".
