Niconicopedia says Murayama is Sakura's surname.

I think the two boys are Taiyou's and everyone else's classmates and they were asking "Are you Murayama's friend?", singular not plural, to Yuri who is the only one that doesn't go to their school.

Yuri was the only one with Sakura when they encountered each other, and it makes more sense when the next line is about her earring.

Plus Hiiragi and Pres come into the picture later when Taiyou notices them on page 4, so they didn't see them.
