Japanese mangas do this so often and I never know if it's because young Japanese boys are truly very herbivore in nature and the mangakas trying to reflect that or if it's simply because the mangaka just doesn't want them to kiss for some odd reason.

The MC being a maiden is way too common a trope for this to be a coincidence at this point.

I feel like that’s just an NTR doujin

That said I’d be interested in the reverse, where the girl who keeps teasing the MC ends up losing out and he gets with a girl who moves more his speed but is upfront with things instead of playing games
