Whew. I really enjoy the detail that the most suspicious poster never has any reaction comments, no 'woah cool!' kind of things. And the casual mention she was hounded by magazines.... you think of passing some occult magazine with something like 'is childs suicide the fault of SPIRITS' and the cruelty behind that.

Is that the same rock from MLM cult thing several chapters back? Don’t remember the exact chapter but it had a kind of crystal displayed in the art gallery. Might be different, it definitely didn’t have the rope around it and this one looks less like a crystal and more like a miniature mountain. Either way, I think it’s safe to say he was lured into the house by that anon to remove the rock. I have no idea how it relates to the family though.

The letter in the beginning I thought was from the phenomenon, an earlier form of it trying to communicate, but looking back it might actually be from one of its victims trying to resist and warn. We get our first real name too I think: “Akira”

I’m also wondering why it’s called House of Bills. I thought it was be an abandoned property filled with receipts for electricity, water, and such.

It’s お札屋敷.
It’s probably Ofuda, like those paper talisman.
I assume the translator mistake it because 札 also can be used for paper money bill.

This is from the live action movie adaptation. The house had rooms where the walls are covered in paper charms, and that creepy drawing. In the movie version, the room with stone has a lot of noose hanging from the ceiling. Likewise in the children room (the room with stain on the floor). Only that room also got noose made of barbed wire.

Gunsou and the others' lack of self awareness is kind of funny, like they're calling the media "trash" and people who come here to do tests of courage "idiots" when they are pretty clearly also part of the problem.
