The manga has not ended yet, but it seems the translators no longer work on the translation. There exists an official translation, though.

I'm sorry bro, I lost contact with the translator a long time ago and I dont have the means to get raws or a TL, sorry for being a little late on that
If it makes you feel better I know that raws generally drop around the 14-15th day of each Month IIRC.
