My guy, you reading the right series? MC is reasonable about trying to reject a girl he's never met while feeling the incredible sense of pressure and the FMC is obnoxiously stubborn and won't take a hint.

uhh actually there are more shoujou books and manhwas about a cool good looking rich and perfect male lead doing the exact same thing to an unremarkeable plain girl than I can count and they all go the exact same way this one goes... hell there is even an entire shoujou manhwa about the hero of the kingdom fancying some village girl who despises him but her entire village including her parents pressure her into liking the hero the exact same way.

So yes women seem to have this exact fantasy as well. Enough for there to be countless stories about.

hmm I like the MC, he seems to be hella reasonable. Like he rejected her so he no simp, but he also admittet that he is charmed by her, enought to almost accept based on her looks alone, which is realistic if we compare that to all these cold as MCs that are somehow completely unable to succumb to their seduction, like they say thousands of time how bad a situation is and how they won't be able to hold back but in the end no matter what happens they always hold back even when they are not supposed to. So I have high hopes that we'll see something more realistic this time
