I hear that. The pacing was so slow that I'm not surprised it was axed. It's sad because writing a compelling fantasy yuri that doesn't have overly slow pacing seems near impossible.

People are willing to read garbage with decent pacing over something more interesting with syrup pacing.

The world is not worthy of peak yuri, for it is filled with mid readers

honestly i think yuri x fantasy setting is just a death trap, i cant remember any series lately (at least with explicit romance) that hasn't gotten axed like this. its fucking tiring. as soon as i see a new one pop up with some promise i know its not gonna end properly.

Pretty much just Fed up OL and Powerless Princess though they're both isekai. There's also Villainess's Bride but it hasn't reached the 3 volume mark so there's no guarantee :/
