If you wish, there is a spoiler comment in previous chapter's comment thread that explain this.I'm happy for MC and all but to me the biggest draw for this series is gonna be finding out who TF the body swapper was and what's happening with her now that she's a queen with no magic powers.
this + a hope that communication will be established and the witch is actually going to be happy with her success, "spoiled" life, and new husband, to the point she will happily take up the duties that plagues mc too (already summoned a beast, so I guess what's left is to make a heir, and then all she has to do is stay alive and not ruin the empire like "heroines" always tend to do after they condemned the villainess or villainesses switched body with heroines - even better if she actually wins the kings favour too, and/or manages to create some faction (using the fact she owns the beast) to pressure them to keep up the food aids (and not reach for much more than that)).I'm happy for MC and all but to me the biggest draw for this series is gonna be finding out who TF the body swapper was and what's happening with her now that she's a queen with no magic powers.
Considering no trap triggered instantly, I really doubt that will happen. That was her best chance to do that, so it seems safe to me that the fact this ritual was irreversible is enough for her, and that he is actually kinda wishing the "spoiled princess" luck and happiness in her new life, as what little repayment she can give for stealing her position as a "spoiled princess".Considering the original witch meticulously planned the body swap, surely she also had a plan to get rid of any remaining evidence. MC should run away ASAP.
If you look at page 15, I think it is clear that MC was only playing the role of a princess and worries about her country because she felt like it was her duty as part of the role of "princess". Not because she actually wanted to do so.Somewhat annoyed by how the princess is acting like it's all "not my problem" the second that she switched bodies. Like I get that her new body doesn't have any responsibilities, but you are telling me that she isn't the east bit concerned as to why the witch wanted her body in the fist place or what she is going to do now that she has it? Last chapter was all about how her nation is entirely dependent on her relation with the prince to help facilitate trade otherwise her nation would literally starve, but now she just does not care? Not even a modicum of concern over not being able to see any of your friends and family ever again? Again I understand that she wasn't the happiest, but to just shrug off having her old life stolen away comes off as incredibly callous. I mean the entire reason why she stayed with the prince for so long was cause she cared about her people, so to have her not care at all 5 minutes later paints a conflicting view of her character.
