Literally just tell the truth. "I'm not actually the original witch, she stole my body and left me in hers." The problem is, FL is far too obsessed with punishing herself for literally no reason

I also understand why FL thought she could just be forgiven, after all her life experience is being fawned over by everyone but her fiance she literally only saw twice. But Dee-sama should know that "She's good now, trust me bro" isn't going to satisfy all the people whose family and loved ones were murdered by the witch. Seriously, imagine someone launches a years long terror campaign on a city with plenty of casualties, and then just goes "Hey, my bad. I promise to be better."
