This seemed like an obvious punchline, but judging by the author and the targeting of the manga on Japanese sites, surprisingly not. But I haven't read this manga, who really knows?

i half expect, considering they're talking about him farting at the start, if they observe him for so long and then it basically ends with "...Why did we like that guy so much again?" or just finding a 'new' love and then the cycle starting over again XD; or their 'tastes' branch off and they both get a diff bf at the end lol

Well, at the moment it’s hard for me to imagine how this will end. But maybe this is the intrigue?
