i still don't understand ,why many still against him especially the the principal and vp duo, shouldn't they do the opposite when he has proven himself again and again that he do in fact, have many skill and is capable?

IIRC, Leopin is a commoner and the higher ups (read nobles and royalties) do not favor commoner, especially the most outstanding out. Plus the fact they kinda use him as a punching bag due to being in the exiled class (like Class E in Assassination Classrom).
