To be fair, he is like completely unaffected by the antagonist actions.
Every time the antagonists do something to mess with him it ends up backfiring and helping him level up even more.
If I was in his situation I'd also be unfazed and overall confused on why these people are obsessing over me, rather than actually working on themselves.
