If you read the chapter again, a new secretary lady is introduced but they don't show her face, all we know is her job and that she has long black hair

I think Negishi and the waitress are the same person, who I THINK might be the dragon we meet in chapter 147, 2nd Ranked in Chaos Faction Yutarama. Who WAS with the bunny girl in this chapter at the time, and she has the same eye and hair style as the waitress. And the only ones in the group who saw her was Lucoa and her sister. Also, incase anyone was wondering, we last saw Tohru's mom in chapter 151 when we saw everyone reacting to Kobayashi stopping Loki's attack.
