There are many dragons who can use dimensional travel, after all Elma followed Tohru

Elma can't use dimensional travel, or at the very least couldn't at the start of the series. During her introduction chapter she comes over using one of Tohru's portals, gets trolled by Tohru closing a portal on her and can't go back home to replenish mana.

Yutarama is the demon dragon who has a mad-on for Kobayashi (as opposed to all the other dragons who have a thing for Kobayashi.

Not that one precludes the other, but that's also most likely Tohru's mom.

Fair, but it feels like the series has been pulling the "one off event being actually plot relevant later on" thing for a while.

also we FINALLY get to see Ilulu’s full dragon form. So she has skates on her back and the flaming fluff we see are just her hair? I thought she was a fluffy dragon with chicken legs like a qilin or a dinosaur. Or maybe just had flaming scales on her back. After the move I thought her hole face and back where flaming but I guess she just has flaming hair. She has the most intricate designs of any dragon so far.

I don’t think this mastermind is malicious. If Kanna wasn’t sent to the human would Azad would have tricked the dragons factions into killing each other. And if Elma wasn’t chosen Jada would have taken over the harmony faction and again started a ware between the dragons.

Though I don’t know why Ilulu was brought? Maybe she would have caused problems later (like in the interviews where everyone was going to the maid cafe, or whenever they would have met.) if she didn’t see that humans and dragons could live together in harmony.

Maybe it was Take pulling the strings the Whole time! and he just wanted a big boobed loli wife! JK LOL

speaking of Ilulu it’s ALMOST mating season? Wasn’t she in heat a while ago? Isn’t that why she’s been fighting Tohru? What’s it going to be like when she’s in full mating mode? RIP Take. Let’s hope she gets the other feelings out before those feelings. Take will be missed… well he’s not really in the series much anyway. Edit: the original doesn’t say almost.

Could it possibly be another remnant of God? Memory modification of multiple powerful dragons plus Azad and sending some of the most powerful, famous, and influential dragons/wizards over to another world to undermine the factions?
Add in how a god got reincarnated into another world in a area that is becoming a nexus for powerful beings to congregate means there is something thats drawing those to there.

From that information it seems that their desires and searching for something has drawn them to the world.
Kanna was kicked out of her home after breaking the dragon ball and probably was searching for Tohru and ended up in the area where Tohru landed.
Lucoa and Fafnir were invited by Tohru and ended up finding a reason to stay in this world
Elma came to find and retrieve Tohru and ended up finding multiple reasons to stay
Emperor of Demise came to find Tohru and bring her back to their world.
Iruru wanted to find "Enemies to fight" and was drawn to where Tohru encountered Kobayashi then found a reason to stay
Kurumene came to find Iruru was defeated and sent back, when Tohru even arrived after he hurt Kobayashi he called out for Elma to help which meant he knew she was in the area.
Kimuin and Azad came to find Kanna and retrieve the dragon ball despite no one telling either of them where she had gone.
Jida chose Elma because, someone, suggested that Elma was the ideal candidate for their plan

Now Jida is kinda the odd one out but i guess "Searching" for the ideal pawn for their plan could count.
Now this brings up the question. why did Tohru, when fleeing from the god transfer dimensions specifically? From her backstory she wanted to be alone and free to do what she wanted which she did achieve after she met kobayashi.

I’m mixed on the new information given. On one hand, I like the idea of Ilulu being coached and influenced by Yutarama before her appearance; on the other hand, I dislike the idea of Yutarama, or anyone for that matter, being hinted at as a grand mastermind, pulling the strings in the story. It takes away from the sense of found family/friendship. With that said, I enjoyed the chit-chat between this unexpected duo; they’re entertaining.

It’d be stronger had Coolkyou hinted at Yutarama’s existence earlier in the manga, like, way earlier. Something tells me he wanted to inject her into the plot somewhere, but only now figured out what purpose she’d serve. Also, this is the first time we’re seeing Ilulu’s true form in complete detail in the manga, not as a mini dragon or silhouette. She looks really fat!

My bet is on it being Tohru's mom, who has the same Divine Horns as Lucoa, meaning she could be Seiryu, the Divine Dragon-Beast of the East. It would be easier for her to do all these things and wipe their memories, Lucoa is proof of that happening.

I don't think Yutarama would be the grand mastermind, at least for malicious reasons. I'm certain she sent Ilulu to hunt Kobayashi after hearing what happened between her and the Emperor of Demise, and became more interested in Kobayashi after Iruru was dealt with.

Kanna was sent through because of her pranking, and possibly because she liked using her human form, who done it is pretty open, and there could be many candidates for it, hence why she has no idea.

I kinda understand why Coolkyou wants to make Yutarama a major player in the manga, after all Kobayashi is acquainted with Telne, the second highest in the harmony faction and Lucoa, one of the most powerful people in the other world, having a stated powerhouse of the chaos faction will balance it out.

Problem. Timeline wise, Ilulu came before the Emperor of Demise did. Anime just swapped order around for pacing, but Ilulu came first canonically by manga.

So whatever ideas you have sort of fall apart there.

Actually, Domacles' first visit was in Chapter 19 while Ilulu arrived in Chapter 30.
