You know what? I'm starting to think that the protagonist is a bit "pathetic", not that is uncommon in this type of stories, the dude needs to be a bit pathetic and weak to fall for the girl, right?
Like... the beginning of the latest chapter 5, why is he so confused?
How can he not understand?
The girl had something she wanted so much and keep asking for it, then she got it.
She is happy... and he doesn't understand why she is happy? He doubts her tears from before she got what she wanted? How can he "not understand" and raise doubts in this situation?
Also, he can't claim that she can figure him out when he is practically almost spelling everything out for her being super transparent. She even tells him how transparent he acts.
I'm trying to read ahead from the RAWs and as much I like his series, and I really like it, sometimes feel that there's something "off".
In chapter 11 Natsumi tries to convince Ayano that Fumi's latest letter is a "love letter", enthusiastically (in a way it is).
I understand that there was that scene with Natsumi watching the romance of TV before, but that isn't enough to convince me that it makes sense for such a change of behavior from her when she very clearly warned Ayano to not trust Fumi so much because, not not feel like she is "safe" with him, because he could even rape her and she would have not way to resist.
Natsumi watched ONE scene in a drama, discovered that adults can be indirect about their declarations of love, and this was enough for her to understand that Fumi's letter was a love letter (true) but NOT that Fumi rejected Ayano, something that Ayano herself understands?

Starting to have bad feelings about this series...
Please mangaka, take After the Rain's example! All elements for that are already there! Start revealing Fumi's secrets already!
