Clearly done by a lady and its more suggestive not salacious. And where it is, its done in a way where both genders can self insert. If it were to go the way of "other" manga it wouldn't have so many moments of her being a retarded 13 year old and the back story which explains how its a relationship of codependance due to trauma.
Its the type of thing where if this already existed as some french indie art film nobody would care but it is tightly written and has good panneling which make it a fun read even if you're not spirutally a brocon/siscon.
With the introduction of the new employee i think peepo are gonna be dissapointed with where this goes (especially the scanlators), will probably be the tone switcher when this wraps up. Don't really read manga much and only did this one because of the doujin jumpscare at the begining. Will read their other work and will eat my words should it end in a way that prove the grooming allegations.

Small rant:
only a few chapters in but I love how the author actually explores the idea of the FMC seeing the MC as a father more than a romantic interest and tryna figure out which it is. Compared to one series I loved called Suenaga Yoroshiku, and the one blonde dude like 3 times brought up the idea the FMC sees the MC as a father figure and then it goes into an arc where all the characters would get mad a him and call him a bad person even tho the guy was literally right and it bothered me how the author kept bringing it up but leading it no where and just repeating the "ahh you're a bad person ahh"

Okay a lot of reviews of this series in this thread absolutely suck and do not encapsulate what its actually about.
First off, Ayano does not view Isshiki (the MC) as a father or older brother. She is romantically interested in him. I mean the title is quite literally “Love letters and Thirteen year old Actress”.
Second off, no it’s not like a French indie film (tf does this even mean?). It starts off somewhat “deep” but it sort of circles the drain about the topic of a proper distance between two people who have a 14yr age gap where one person has developed unrequited feelings and wants to get closer and the other does not know what the proper distance to keep is. When I tell you the MC is wish-washy, he is wishy-washy. One second he is caring the next second he is close to leaving her sick and alone because he thinks it would be crossing a line to take care of young girl essentially living home alone with no one to depend on on top of trusting him over everyone else.
If you are looking for gooner loli content, this isn’t the place. As of writing, Isshiki doesn’t inspire much hope of romantic feelings. Ayano is the saving grace because she pushes the story forward while Isshiki kind of meanders down the road she trailblazes.
This series is probably best read when its complete because it is a painful slowburn

This manga is the antithesis of everything that's wrong with Hollywood and Epstein's island. Fumi is a White Knight, he is a role model in how to counter the delusions of a pubescent teenager, while still taking care of her and her loneliness. And he is doing his work excellently, nonetheless.
He got heavy psychical burn marks earlier in his life though. The motivation is strong why he wouldn't risk anything with Ayano - e. g., not even getting into her flat, when she's sick and obviously needs some help. This is way less than what good parents would do. Still, for her it's more than she ever had...
For Ayano, it's important to learn that she can't just do as she pleases if she doesn't want to risk their careers. But there's no way to prevent feelings from happening, even when they are forbidden. The ethically most sober solution would be for him to continue to take care of her while keeping it purely platonic until she is an adult (and maybe chooses a future with him with a clear mind). This is my guess BTW where we are heading in the last chapter, "four years later". Or maybe even two years later. Yes, girls can marry at age 16 in Japan, if the parents approve.
But what am I writing... Better do some virtue signalling, ignore teens and avoid the problems they face in order to not get into trouble or - god forbid - be called a pedo. Everything's well in 'murica, fuck yeah!
