I doubt it. She said there are things she cannot do or undo. So, knowing what he meant and him saying something different are two different things. It's like a genie or that monkey's paw. He literally could have just said "Human" as if it was an unknown concept.

I mean, I guess. To be fair, she could’ve just been like “Let me stop you right there…you can scroll.” or something, but chose to stay silent. So either during that is when she decided to not read his mind, or just didn’t care to correct him, rip. I get that by the time he said it, it was already too late though. Which again is why she should’ve mentioned something, lol. Also didn’t seem that sorry, since she was just smiling while sending him off with a whimsical “Oh well” sorta face.
