I'm glad they decided to repaint it. A golden warship will look tacky and become prime target for the enemies.
"Shoot where?"
"Over there, shoot at the shiny one!"
^^
Laser beam gets dispersed from the hull
"FUCK"
Anywya is stil lin line with the novel, they used the luxury cruise armored hull there too, and focused a bit more on the talk about the paintjob to avoid others from noticing.

Ok, what I was wondering… wouldn’t painting over the alloy ruin the “less resistance“ advantage it gives? XD

But let me guess, all that luxury will end up being perfect to become the royal flagship for the new special corp directly under the princess’ control, and even make it possible for her to personally travel with it, making her an extra potential “love interest” for Nao? XD

Himawari became Asagao, which one is closer to the proper translation?
I went to check the RAWs for the answer and this is what I found:

Chapter 3, page 24 mentions the handheld weapon she got permission to bring along to fight the space pirates. That's called ひまわり3号 (himawari 3 gou). So far so good.

Chapter 13, page 8 has her asking for permission of another weapon, but this time it's called 朝顔5号 (asagao 5 gou), so the mention of "himawari" there is wrong.
This is the same name that is repeated on chapter 14, page 16, so there's no inconsistency in the RAWs.

They're both completely different weapons with completely different names. The first part is the name of a flower though (himawari => sunflower, asagao => (Japanese) morning glory).

"We want to see the ship, Shumin, while undergoing maintenance [at a dock], so come to us". As paraphrased it strikes me as odd/weird such a royal request was not corrected before being issued - either they come to the dock (the workers are here), or wait until done. Flying out to planet Diamond should be understood as impossible, or at best incomplete and the has to fly back to complete the maintenance, which likely would make Nao miss the deadline.
