She's the daughter of one of the kingdom's nobles and a Master Alchemist, she was the main hostage in a prior arc as a Vampire High Lord was using her and her alchemic items to summon an Evil God through a mirror dimension.

And either way the vampire thing is more a modification of the devil thing, with greater specification, in the first place since just speaking the name is considering an invitation for the devil but you specifically have to invite a vampire.

Filly is the alchemist Luck rescued a few chapters back. She is good at ancient magic, and might be able to help Luck in repairs.
