There's a couple of routes this can go.

They both resolve to give up on him (not gonna happen).
Komi helps Manbagi come to terms with her feelings and helps her get over him (unorthodox but ok).
They resolve to become Rivals in Love, where the first to steal Tadano's lips/confession wins (that's so cliche!).
Something I haven't even thought of because this manga likes to fuck with me (I hope for this one).

If we went with Rivals In Love, then... this manga is no longer about Komi. This manga would become about Tadano. And I don't want that. And I doubt the author wants that either.
