ye, but they both have zero self esteem and are crazy close to each other. it's most likely just too scary for them to risk changing any of these relationships. esp for komi, i think. tadano was the first one to talk to her, and he's been the one to facilitate basically every one of her interactions with new people. Even though they're her friends now, without him it never would have happened. i'd think the thought of risking any sort of damage to a relationship that important to her would be anathema
