I love the premise, but stories like this always make me feel a bit odd. Like the MC went through some really bad trauma with his ex-wife. The FMC, who means well (and I actually quite like), is not really helping things by throwing herself at him. I think he's reacting well. He's not immune to her charms but isn't nearly ready to get with her.

Just a thought here, but maybe - just maybe - try marrying him BEFORE you try to get in his pants?

I sort of agree. I don't think they need to get married to be intimate. He just got out of a terrible marriage, but I do think that actually communicating about her interest in him instead of these weird hints would go a long way for both of them. But communication cuts the number of chapters in half lol.

I'm mostly interested in the traditional home renovation and maintenance, but that's unfortunately not enough to hold an audience. So we get the usual romantic comedy hijinks, which I don't mind, but I hope it doesn't get in the way of the fun stuff about how to live in a traditional home, and what can be done to renovate one for better living / modern life.

Last chapter we saw that his ex-wife apparently framed him for domestic violence in order to steal their newly-built home, and we're told that ever since, he's been so traumatized that he's lost the ability to interact with others normally and is homeless.

This chapter, he's not struggling with his trauma like having intrusive thoughts of his ex when the FMC touches him, or paranoid concerns that she, too, is only trying to get close to him in order to take advantage of him later.

Noooo, he's panicking and flustered because they touched or a moment was suggestive, like a typical high school romcom protagonist.

Except he's not a virgin; he's a grown-ass divorcee.

No. He's definitely older. They haven't been specific about by how much but it does seem to be "enough that the gap is noticeable, but not so much that it gets weird" so I'd guess maybe like 6-10 years difference at most? Given that she's drinking at the end of the chapter but isn't treated like "christmas cake" she's likely meant to be early 20s and he seems like he's late 20s to early 30s.

I mean the manga told and show you exactly why? She was cooking and cause the house is old/build wrong - it collects heat instead of getting rid of it so it got hot as fuck while cooking - she sweat a lot to the point her clothes got slightly transparent. They are 20+ old but mentally 5 so they got embarrassed by the situation and she gone to change the clothes out of the sweated into transparency ones to the clean ones I assume.
